Innosei PHMB is an aqueous solution of polyaminopropyl biguanide and provides a powerful antimicrobial activity in the personal care application.

Applications:

• Innosei PHMB is typically used within a concentration of 0.1-0.5% and could be used in various products: liquid, cleaning, wet wipes and etc.

• Innosei PHMB is effective within a pH range of 3 to 8 and at a temperature up to 80°C. It could be added to the formula before or after the emulsification.

• Innosei PHMB cannot be used with anionic ingredients due to its cationic property. However, it is compatible with most of common preservative actives.
