Product Description:

Eco Betaine OT-30 is a RBD palm oil based biodegradable amphoteric surfactant with betaine structure. It functions as a foam booster, skin protection, viscosity modifier and anti-static agent in non-irritating cleansing products.

As an amphoteric surfactant, Eco Betaine OT-30 is compatible with anionic and cationic surfactants. It is particularly very suitable for mild (skin friendly) preparations such as shampoos, liquid soaps, dishwashing detergents, make up removers & etc.

Good foaming properties of Eco Betaine OT-30 give fine and stable foam.

Dosage ratio will give effect on the thickness of material where gel structure also can be achieved. A dosage between 5-10% is sufficient for normal shampoo formulae in order to obtain a good thickening effect.

Eco Betaine OT-30 has substantivity to the hair to provide soft touch and anti-static effect.

Also, it has a mild germicidal effect. Its combination with quaternary ammonium compounds provides better germicidal effect in the manufacture of personal hygiene products. When Betaine OT-30 combined with other anionic surfactants, synergetic effect can be observed with regard to the skin compatibility.
